About us
Three generations.
Forty years.
One idea of pure food.
Gottlich Foods India LLP is a family business in its third generation. For more than 40 years we have been serving pure food to the families around us — oil pressed the slow way, with nothing added and nothing taken out.
The name has changed, the shop has grown and the orders now come from across India. The standard hasn't: we only sell what we would put on our own family's table.

Our story
Three generations, one standard.
Every generation of our family has changed how we work. None of them changed what we make or how honestly we make it.
First generation
It started with pressing oil.
Four decades ago our family began pressing oilseeds and selling the oil to neighbours who could see it being made. The rule was set then and has never moved: if we would not cook with it at home, it does not leave our hands.
Second generation
Trust, one family at a time.
The next generation grew the business the slow way — on reputation. The same seeds, the same unhurried pressing, and customers who passed our name on to their children because the oil tasted the way it should.
Third generation
Göttlich — and the lab report.
Today the third generation runs Gottlich Foods India LLP. We added bilona ghee and raw honey, brought everything online, and began publishing an independent lab report for every product — so you never have to take our word for it.

Look for the bottle.
Our store in New Delhi is hard to miss — a pair of giant hands holding a bottle of our yellow mustard oil on the front of the building, right beside the flyover.
How it's made
The press sits in our shop window.
Our wooden ghani stands by the front window of the store, facing the road, so anyone walking in — or driving past — can watch oil being made. The clip is a batch of groundnuts, filmed in the store.
- 1Whole seeds go into the steel bowl — here, groundnuts.
- 2The wooden pestle turns slowly, crushing them against the bowl.
- 3The oil runs out at the base — no solvents, no chemicals.

What hasn't changed
Forty years of saying no to shortcuts.
Pressed, not refined
Our oils are cold pressed from whole seeds. No high heat, no chemical solvents, no bleaching or deodorising — the colour, aroma and pungency are meant to be there.
Nothing added
No preservatives, no added colour, no blending with cheaper oils. What is on the label is what is in the bottle — and nothing else.
Tested, and published
Every product goes to an independent NABL-accredited lab. We publish the full reports — not a summary, not a badge — for anyone to read.

Forty years in, we still like to be seen. Visit the store, ask us anything, and watch your oil being pressed.

Come and see where it's made.
Walk in, taste the oil, ask how it's pressed. We would rather you see it for yourself than read about it here.
Taste what forty years of practice tastes like.
Cold-pressed oils, bilona ghee and raw honey — delivered across India, with the lab report for every product.
