Shipping Policy

Orders are packed and dispatched from our facility in New Delhi within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. We ship pan-India through our logistics partner, Delhivery.

• Metro cities: typically 3–5 days from dispatch
• Rest of India: typically 5–7 days from dispatch
• Remote pincodes may take slightly longer depending on courier serviceability

You can check serviceability and the estimated delivery time for your pincode on any product page before ordering.

• Orders above ₹999: free shipping across India
• Orders below ₹999: shipping is calculated at checkout based on your pincode

COD is available at no extra charge for orders up to ₹7,000 (excluding GST). Orders above this value must be paid online via UPI, card, net banking, or wallet through our secure Razorpay checkout.

Once your order ships, you can track it any time on our Track Order page using your order ID or phone number. You will see live courier status and the estimated delivery date.

Oils, ghee, and honey are packed in food-grade containers with protective secondary packaging to prevent leakage and damage in transit. If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery or photograph it before opening and contact us within 48 hours.

Courier delays due to weather, festivals, or regional disruptions are occasionally outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, write to us and we will follow up with the courier on priority.
