gottlichfoodsclub.com is operated by Gottlich Foods India LLP, Nangal Raya, New Delhi 110046 (FSSAI Lic. No. 13325009000590). By placing an order on this site, you agree to these terms.

An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation with an order ID. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or courier non-serviceability — with a full refund of any amount paid.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable GST. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before payment. Prices may change without notice, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

Online payments are processed by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). Cash on Delivery is available for orders up to ₹7,000 (excluding GST). For COD orders, payment is due in full at the time of delivery.

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns, refunds, and cancellations by our Returns & Refunds Policy, both of which form part of these terms.

We make every effort to describe our products, their ingredients, and nutritional information accurately. Natural products can vary slightly in colour, texture, and aroma between batches — this is expected with cold-pressed and unprocessed foods and is not a defect. Please review ingredient information carefully if you have allergies.

All content on this site — the Göttlich name and logo, product photography, and written content — belongs to Gottlich Foods India LLP and may not be reproduced without permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
