Products & Quality
Are your oils really cold-pressed?
Yes. Our oils are mechanically pressed at low temperature with no chemical extraction, no refining, and no deodorising. We have been pressing oils this way in Delhi for over 40 years.
Is your mustard oil tested for argemone and adulterants?
Yes. Our black and yellow mustard oil is tested by an independent NABL-accredited laboratory. Argemone oil: negative. Mineral oil: negative. Rancidity: absent. We publish the full reports on our lab reports page — with ULR numbers you can verify yourself.
What is the difference between black and yellow mustard oil?
Black mustard oil is sharp and pungent — ideal for fish curries, pickles, and tadka. Yellow mustard oil is milder and smoother — better for lighter cooking and massage. Many cooks keep both.
What is A2 bilona ghee?
A2 ghee is made from the milk of desi cow breeds that produce A2 beta-casein protein. Bilona refers to the traditional method: culturing curd, hand-churning to butter, then slow-cooking to ghee. It is more labour-intensive and aromatic than factory ghee.
Do your products contain preservatives or additives?
No. Our oils, ghee, and honey contain nothing but the product itself — no preservatives, no artificial colours, no additives.
Orders, Shipping & Payment
Do you deliver across India?
Yes. We ship pan-India via Delhivery. Metro cities typically receive orders in 3–5 days, and the rest of India in 5–7 days after dispatch. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free on orders above ₹999. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your pincode.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available at no extra charge for orders up to ₹7,000 (excluding GST). Larger orders must be paid online.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track Order page with your order ID or phone number to see live courier status and the estimated delivery date.
Returns & Support
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect products, with a doorstep reverse pickup. Opened food items cannot be returned except for quality defects. See our Returns & Refunds policy for full details.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge any time before dispatch, from the Track Order page. Prepaid cancellations are refunded automatically to the original payment method.
Do you sell in bulk or to businesses?
