Returns & Refunds

7-Day Return Window
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery for products that are:
- Damaged or leaking on arrival
- Defective or of unacceptable quality
- Different from what you ordered (wrong item, size, or variant)
Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or whose seal has been broken, except in cases of quality defects.
How to Request a Return
Go to the Track Order page, find your order using your order ID or phone number, and use the return option — or email support@gottlichfoodsclub.com with your order ID and photos of the product. Photos help us resolve damage claims quickly.
Once approved, we arrange a doorstep reverse pickup through Delhivery. You do not need to ship anything yourself.
Refunds
- Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and verify the returned product
- COD orders: refunded via bank transfer or as a store credit coupon, whichever you prefer
If the return is due to our error (damage, defect, or wrong item), shipping charges are refunded as well.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel an order free of charge any time before it is dispatched, from the Track Order page. Prepaid cancellations are refunded automatically to the original payment method. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — but you can request a return after delivery as described above.
Exceptions
Products purchased during clearance promotions marked as non-returnable, and products damaged due to improper storage after delivery, are not eligible for return.
